Duration: 60 minutes per session Features: 6 customized training sessions. Personalized workout plan designed for short-term progress. Nutritional guidance and tips (optional). Progress tracking and adjustments throughout the program. Cost: $375 3. 12-Session Plan Description: Perfect for clients seeking significant progress and lifestyle changes with sustained support. Duration: 60 minutes per session Features: 12 personalized training sessions. Long-term fitness plan tailored to individual goals (weight loss, strength, endurance, etc.). Nutritional guidance and meal suggestions. In-depth progress tracking with adjustments every 3–4 sessions. Ongoing motivation and accountability. Cost: $600


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, 24 hour notice is required or session will be lost. Additionally, to ensure results, 6 sessions packages must be used within 3 months and 12 session packages must be used within 6 months. All packages will expire after this time period.
